• Main Beam: Heavy duty conforming to IS-226 of 1975.
• Pipes: 4 male and 4 female pipes (E.R.W) conforming to IS: 1161 of 1963.
• Wheels: 4 castor wheel assemblies 360? swiveling fitted with double ball Bearings at each wheel are provided for the smooth and light movement of the crane. Each assembly is fitted with locking device.
• Winches: Each side of the crane is fitted with winch machine with wire rope for smooth and easy erection of crane.
• Self Erection: Two laymen can erect the complete system with the help of winch machines provided with the crane.
• Test: The Gantry Crane is tested on 25% overload.
• Warrantee: 12 months warrantee from the date of supply against any manufacturing defect at factory basis.

VARIENTS
Fixed and Adjustable Height Gantry Cranes
• Fixed gantry cranes are ordered to a specific height and span.
• A proprietary self-centering beam support design provides significant advantages over more rigid beam suspension methods in other. Three way adjustability includes height, span, and Caster Frame spread.
Powered Gantry Cranes
Most powered gantry cranes run on a track rail. Both can be installed directly onto a smooth concrete surface or recessed into the floor to eliminate tripping hazards. Powered gantry cranes are usually equipped with electric chain or wire rope hoists. These gantry cranes are usually used in heavier capacity applications or with increased spans.
Semi-Gantry Crane
A Semi-Gantry Crane has one leg that runs on an elevated runway and one leg that runs on the ground. It is half overhead crane and half gantry crane. This allows for more usable floor space by utilizing an elevated runway located next to building columns. It also allows the crane to span only a portion of the bay.
Portable Gantry Cranes
Portable Gantry Cranes are easy to relocate to where you need to pick up, move or rotate a load. A variety of casters are available for different types of surfaces including non skid and outdoor wheels. Portable gantries are easy to disassemble and move from one jobsite to another.
