Low Head Room Crane

Confirming to IS 3177 & 807

A low headroom crane is a type of overhead crane designed for use in facilities with limited vertical space, such as workshops, warehouses, or production areas with low ceilings. These cranes are characterized by their compact design, which allows them to operate in areas where traditional overhead cranes with higher headroom would not fit. Low headroom cranes typically feature a hoist and trolley configuration that can manoeuvre within reduced vertical clearances while still providing efficient lifting and positioning of loads. They are often used for tasks such as material handling, assembly, or maintenance in confined spaces where maximizing the available vertical space is crucial.

These cranes can be Double Girders/Single Girders, wherever the constraints of civil designing comes for the space available between crane Gantry/ roof is less there we suggest the Low head room options. Specialized design to produce the cranes at minimum headroom without compromising with quality standards.

KEY FEATURES:

•  Low Headroom but constant hook approaches.
•  Client can reduce building cost by reducing total height of building.

DESIGN & PARAMETERS

• All technical specifications are same as Single Girder & Double Girder Overhead Cranes.
