SELF RAISING PORTABLE HEAVY DUTY ADJUSTABLE GANTRY CRANE
(Conforming To IS : 3177 of 1977)

Applications : Used for maintenance, erection, loading and unloading of any heavy work load.

MAIN PARTS :

Girder : (Beam) Heavy duty conforming to IS-226 of 1975.

Pipes : 4 male and 4 female pipes (E.R.W) conforming to IS- 1161 of 1963.

Wheels : 4 castor wheel assemblies 360 ° swiveling fitted with 2 ball Bearings each wheel are provided for the smooth and light movement of the crane. Each assembly is fitted with locking device.

Winches : Each side of the crane is fitted with winch machine with wire rope for smooth and easy erection of crane.

Self Erection : Two laymen can erect the complete system with the help of winch machines provided with the crane.

Test : The Gantry Crane is tested on 25% overload.

Warranty : 12 months warranty from the date of supply against any manufacturing defect at factory basis.
